Do you guarantee approval?

No, unfortunately I cannot guarantee approval - but I only send you to properties that match your situation and give you the best chance of getting approved based on your rental history and background.

What's required to qualify?

Each property is unique when it comes to qualification criteria, but most will look at:

✅ How long ago any rental issue occurred

✅ Criminal background history

✅ Employment status

✅ ID and application fee

How do I get started?
